POSTER SESSION GUIDELINES
Monday, June 16, 2008 ~ 8 p.m.-10 p.m. Peacock Alley
- Two presenters will share one 8-foot-wide display board. Your poster should be no more than 4 feet x 4 feet (height x width) in size. If your poster is larger than these dimensions, you need to inform Lisa Jordre no later than Monday, June 9, 2008. Contact Ms. Jordre via e-mail at ljordre@iqsolutions.com.
- Each author is responsible for his or her poster arrangement. Poster boards, push pins, and velcro will be provided.
- All posters have been grouped into the following four research categories: Basic Science, Epidemiology, Prevention, and Treatment. At the poster session, within each research category grouping, presentations will be listed in alphabetical order by the primary author's last name.
- Poster numbers will be made available to each author at the time of registration on June 13 and 14, 2008.
- Presenting authors are expected to be adjacent to their posters during the following assigned portion of the June 16, 2008, poster session:
- 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Poster presenters whose poster board number is an even number must be adjacent to their posters during this time.
- 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.: Poster presenters whose poster board number is an odd number must be adjacent to their posters during this time.
- You may set up your poster from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16, in the poster session location of Peacock Alley. Poster materials must be removed immediately after the poster session on Monday, June 16.
Attention NIDA International Program ~ 2008 NIDA International Forum Travel Award Recipients
- NIDA International Program Travel Awards will be distributed during the following times:
- Friday, June 13, 2008 - 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, June 14, 2008 - 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m.
- Saturday, June 14, 2008 - 4:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
